Compliance Expert LLC is owned by John Schneider who brings his 20+ years' experience in the energy industry to commercial building customers as a one-stop shop for everything related to carbon reduction and meeting the mandates surrounding the local initiatives in Colorado. When not saving customers money on their energy bills, you can find him powering himself around the mountains of CO on his mountain bike or skis, or picking up trash on Berthoud Pass, where he is head of Pass Stewardship for Friends of Berthoud Pass.
About the Engineer
Ian Clampert PE, C.E.M.
Compliance Expert LLC welcomes Ian and his 17+ years' experience in energy and facility management to the team. As a Professional Engineer- HVAC and CEM, he is experienced in energy auditing and management, financial analysis, and construction management. He previously held positions at Xcel Energy (where he and John met), Vail resorts, Department of Defense, and Department of Interior. As a fellow Colorado mountain biker, he enjoys spending time out on the trails as well as time in this beautiful state with his wife and daughter.
